Dr. Cook earned her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) Degree from Illinois State University. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Dr. Cook is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and a member of ASHA and the Iowa HearingAssociation (IHA). Dr. Cook is also fluent in American Sign Language (ASL).
